Participants will make plant-based meats that are perfect for the grill. You will get to enjoy some of these in class for dinner, and will take some home for later. Participants will learn grilling techniques for vegetables and mushrooms. We will talk about kebabs and skewers.
This class will take place partially outdoors, and may need to be rescheduled due to adverse weather.
Dinner will be included with class.
