First course: vegan sea-food inspired platter including bacon wrapped scallops, palm Rangoon, calamari, and coconut tofu.

Second course: radish and beet salad with herbs, greens, and flowers

Entree course: Raviolo filled with a rich, creamy seeds and root cheese filling and a beet demi-glaze ravioli.

First dessert course: Lemon tart, fresh fruit, and almond crust

Second dessert course: Chocolate moose cake
